Unknown person's visit

Beginning May, 2004, I was visiting D. Dingel to see his watercar. I thank him for having accepted my visit. Here are some pictures/videos about this event:

My thoughts on this visit:

When Daniel started his car, the reactor was not working/producing bubbles. The car stalled, he started it again, and still no bubbles in the reactor, even if the engine was running this time. I was disappointed when I noticed that :-( Then at the end of my visit, I asked Daniel to start his car so that I can smell at the exhaust pipe(s). He did so, and second disappointment: there was a bad smell of gazoline from the left exhaust pipe, same smell as on a car whose engine is running rich at cold startup :-( Nothing was either coming out or getting in the right exhaust pipe. Personnally, from what I was able to see, I'm sad to say that the car of Daniel DINGEL doesn't run on water.

watercar · Daniel Dingel's Hydrogen-Powered Car

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/watercar/

A discussion group established for interaction on the invention of the century - the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) powered by hydrogen derived ON DEMAND from plain water. The invention is by Engr. Daniel D. Dingel, a Filipino.

The theory is simple: Liquid water is split into hydrogen and oxygen and then the two gases are recombined to form water vapor.

This essentially could be the elusive car that runs on water.
