Renewable energy continues to gain importance in Latin America, creating significant opportunities for developers worldwide. In response to Kyoto Protocol accord guidelines many countries are implementing regulations and incentive programs to encourage renewable energy development, fostering growth opportunities for wind, solar, biomass and ethanol projects.
