Renewable Energy in America: Policies for Phase II

October 17-18, 2005

A Policy Forum in Washington, DC

Last December, ACORE's Call for Phase II policy forum defined the moment as a turning point for renewable energy, with 30 years of successful research and development behind us, and unprecedented opportunity to put renewables into use on a large scale to meet society's needs.

This October, Renewable Energy in America: Policies for Phase II, the second in the series, will present the best new, bold and effective policies at all levels of government to increase the use of renewable energy in the United States-- to supply domestic energy, enhance national security, create economic growth and jobs, improve our environment and human health, and reduce the risk of climate change.

The main forum will be held in the Cannon Caucus Room in the Cannon House Office Building, with networking events at the Capitol Hill Club. Space is limited to 400. Please register today to take advantage of the early bird discount.
