Summary For August 1-7
Category R1 – (minor) on 01 – 03 August radio blackouts occurred due to solar flare activity from NOAA sunspot Regions 792 and 794. Category
G1 – (minor) on 06 – 07 August geomagnetic storm periods were observed due to high speed solar winds from a coronal hole on the Sun.

Outlook For August 10-16
Category G1 – (minor) geomagnetic storm periods are possible on 16 August due to high speed solar winds from a coronal hole on the Sun.
