Transparency on Peak Oil needed

There are many things to discuss on the energy industry in this country and the world but there are a couple of things that I would enjoy seeing.... You discuss many new technologies that are available for centralized power generation, but I haven't seen any mention of distributed energy generation. In distributed power, as well as transportation, there is a great need for transportable fuels and no large centralized system will be able to address this demand. The issue of Peak Oil and what that means for the energy consumption of the world, particularly this country, comes to mind. There is a great need for the energy industry to be transparent about the peak and help the development of alternative fuels. What happens when the fuel for our entire commodity distribution system is no longer available?
