Joint USAF/NOAA Report of Solar and Geophysical Activity SDF Number 349 Issued at 2200Z on 15 Dec 2005 IA. Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from 14/2100Z to 15/2100Z: Solar activity was very low. A few small B-class flares occurred during the last 24 hours, mostly originating from Region 835 (N18E01). Region 835 continues to be the largest group on the disk with a sunspot area of about 160 millionths.

IB. Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low to very low.

IIA. Geophysical Activity Summary 14/2100Z to 15/2100Z:

The geomagnetic field was quiet during the past 24 hours.
