What's moving the oil markets?

The market was focused on cold weather in US Northeast and US natural gas stocks due to be released later Thursday, one broker said. The market is expecting the gas storage data from the Energy Information Administration to show a withdrawal from stocks of around 160-170 Bcf for the week ending Dec 9, which would be the first stock draw of over 100 Bcf of the current winter season.
