Summary For May 30-June 5

Category G3 - (strong) geomagnetic storm periods were observed on 30 May due to eruptive activity on the Sun that impacted Earth along with high speed solar winds from a coronal hole on the sun. Category G1 -(minor) geomagnetic storm periods were observed on 31 May and again on 04 and 05 June due to high speed solar winds from a coronal hole on the sun. Category R1 - (minor) radio blackouts occurred on 01 June and on 03 June due to solar flare activity from NOAA sunspot Region 772.

Outlook For June 8-14

Category R1 - (minor) radio blackouts are possible due to solar flare activity NOAA sunspot Regions 772 and 776.
