Renewables Finance 2005
June 29, 2005 (News Release)
September 7-9, 2005
Sheraton Colonial Hotel & Golf Club, Wakefield, MA
Renewables Finance 2005 is slated to serve as the stage where RE CFOs,
investors, lenders, attorneys, and other RE finance players can examine the
current state-of-the-art in renewable finance structures and explore the new,
creative solutions that will be needed to increase RE deal flow in the future.
More than a conference, this unique event will provide the RE finance community
an in-depth look into the details of successful structures and provide the
innovative ideas that can be employed to get future deals done!
The event will center on detailed case studies of the latest successful RE
finance structures for multiple renewable technologies. The case studies will be
followed by panels, where leading RE finance experts representing capital,
sponsors, risk allocation and tax incentives will provide analysis and
interrelate the studies to current market conditions, discuss other innovative
structures, and explore the opportunities for applying creative solutions in one
renewable technology sector to other renewable sectors. The event is designed to
enable attendees to take away the know-how that will help them push successful
RE deals to completion.
The event also includes RECs-Based Financing, an informative program that
will provide both an in-depth look at the fundamentals of structuring RECs-based
transactions and the insights of the key players: traders, green marketers,
utilities, developers, investors, and lenders.
Renewables Finance 2005 will be held at the Sheraton Colonial Hotel &
Golf Club. Attendees will have plenty of time relaxing in the resort setting
where they can network with their colleagues, discuss RE deals offline, meet
with some of the industry's key players, and take in a round of golf, a game of
tennis, or a walk around the resort.
