CAPITOL HILL--A
top priority of the Bush administration will take center stage in the
Senate this coming week.
It will begin work Tuesday on a
overhauling the nation's energy policy.
The Senate bill calls for a doubling
of ethanol in gasoline, and increased research into the use of hydrogen
as a fuel.
It also includes new rules to ensure
the reliability of the nation's electricity grid.
