[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] The Governor's Office of Energy Management and
Conservation (OEMC) in Denver, Colorado issued a request for proposals for fuel
cell projects. The State has set goals under a proposal called the Colorado Fuel
Cell Center, and wants to expand fuel cell related research, development,
education and commercial applications. Projects eligible for participation in
the center must demonstrate an actionable plan to realize that goal and
specifically identify objectives and milestones for management, implementation
and achievement. OEMC shall provide a minimum contract amount of US $2 million
over a two-year contract term to the Colorado Fuel Cell Center. Funds for the
center will come from the Petroleum Violation Escrow fund. Projects selected to
participate in the center must provide a minimum of US $1 million in matching
cash funds.
