November 19, 2004

RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Attention and attendance is mounting for an upcoming renewable energy conference slated for early December in the Nation's capitol. "Phase II," organized by the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE), and the Environmental and Energy Studies Institute (EESI), is based largely on transitioning renewable energy technologies from a research and development phase to a mass deployment and implementation phase. Already 40 organizations have endorsed the conference taking place December 6-7, 2004 in Washington, DC, and the organizers expect at least 500 attendees. The forum will be held in the Cannon House Office Building's Caucus Room. The House and Senate Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Caucuses are co-convening the event with ACORE and EESI.
