[RenewableEnergyAccess.com] The city of Chula Vista in California has become the latest municipality to test the Honda fuel cell FCX vehicle in daily operations. Chula Vista will lease the vehicles for two years, and the car will be refueled at a publicly accessible hydrogen station operated by the city. The Honda FCX is certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The FCX has a range of up to 160 miles and seating for four people. Honda has also placed fuel cell vehicles in San Francisco, Los Angeles and the South Coast Air Quality Management District in California.
