is on course to construct a $323 million, 310 megawatt
wind project in Iowa. It comes on the heels of Congress
re-enacting the tax credit given to wind energy
producers. It also comes at a time when Iowa
policymakers have challenged regulators, businesses and
utilities to work toward achieving 1,000 MW of renewable
energy by 2010. |
