Biomass to Ethanol Partnership

September 17, 2004 [SolarAccess.com] MEMS USA and Accelon Energy Systems have formed a partnership to build and operate a joint venture biomass to ethanol processing plant in Canada. The US $150 million plant should have a production capability of 160,000 gallons of ethanol per day. MEMS, a manufacturer of engineered products for power generation industries, will handle the general contracting for the plant development, funding the engineering, design and technologies procurement. Accelon Energy Systems will handle the materials procurement, product distribution and Government relations for the plant.
