UniSource Energy Announces Quarterly Dividend

TUCSON, Ariz., Sep 10, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE)

The board of directors of UniSource Energy Corp. (NYSE: UNS) today declared a quarterly dividend for common shareholders of 16 cents per share. The dividend will be paid Oct. 4, 2004, to common shareholders of record as of Sept. 21, 2004.

The dividend was maintained at the level set by the board of directors in February 2004, when the board approved a 6.7 percent increase over the previous 15 cents per share payment.
