Fuel Cell Groups Team up For Auto Show

March 9, 2004 [SolarAccess.com] The US Fuel Cell Council (USFCC) has teamed up with the California Fuel Cell Partnership and National Hydrogen Association to form the first-ever Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Pavilion technology showcase at the 2004 SAE World Congress. The Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Pavilion will showcase several USFCC member technologies, including: General Motors' Autonomy concept vehicle, a Ballard fuel cell vehicle system, a Nuvera fuel cell stack, a Delphi solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), a Umicore MEA and catalyst display, along with brochures and other demonstration pieces from the other 118+ USFCC members. The 2004 World Congress, held by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) March 8 through 11 in Detroit, Michigan, is expected to draw a flood of interest to the Pavilion's displays and demonstrations. The Pavilion is located at Booth #2753 in Detroit's Cobo Hall, and will have expert staff from represented companies and the three sponsoring associations to answer questions and hand out materials. The SAE World Congress is the largest Original Equipment service, parts, and components exhibition in the world.
