		"I think that in a year we will be able to sign an agreement on gas deliveries with the President (Vladimir) Putin and thereafter construct a gas pipeline through Turkey." - Israeli Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday on the Russian radio station Moscow Echo. This was in reference to Russia supplying gas to Israel under a new agreement in principle with Russian producer Gazprom after a pipeline has been laid through Turkey.
