"Offshore and onshore production is expected to return to normal this evening. The offshore production outage was partially offset by pre-cyclone 'line-packing' of two sub-sea trunklines which supplied onshore production, including domestic gas, during the height of the cyclone."

Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said, repeating Beijing's long-held position on the Iran uranium enrichment program.

"The upward movement isn't solely to do with the announcement from the UN Council. However, the whole situation in Iran does provide support at the moment and is not going away. I think the latest development will be put on the backburner for the time being and we'll see how things unravel."
