| BMW to launch
hydrogen-drive car next year Sept. 15 -- BMW expects the to roll out the world´s first hydrogen-drive luxury automobile next year with the launch of the BMW Hydrogen 7. The vehicle will be built in Europe and available to selected users in the United States and other countries in 2007, the Munich, Germany-based company said. The vehicle, when in hydrogen mode, emits only water vapor. The vehicle also can use gasoline and is based on the BMW 7 Series, the company said.
