Moscow, 18 September: The nuclear power station at Bushehr (Iran)
will start generating electricity in November 2007, the head of the
Russian Atomic Energy Agency, Sergey Kiriyenko, has announced.
"The Bushehr station will be physically started up in September 2007
and will begin supplying electricity in November," he told reporters in
Vienna.
He also confirmed that he will hold a working meeting with Iranian
Vice-President Gholamreza Aqazadeh in Moscow on 25 September. Aqazadeh
heads Iran's atomic energy body.
