Equipment demonstrations are sold out for January 2007

Holbrook,NY — In addition to three days of training courses, educational and technical sessions, the USCC annual conference, scheduled for January 21-24, 2007 in Orlando, will also feature Equipment Demonstrations by many of the leading equipment manufacturers and suppliers in the industry.

The USCC is pleased to announce that the space for the "Live" Equipment Demonstrations at the Reedy Creek Composting Facility at Disney World is SOLD OUT. Conference attendees will have the unique opportunity to observe 26 pieces of equipment from 23 manufacturers in action on the last day of the conference. "Live" Equipment Demonstrations at Disney will feature new products from many of the leading equipment manufacturers and suppliers in the industry. Grinding and shredding equipment from Peterson Pacific, Duratech, Diamond Z, Bandit Industries, Lane Recycling Machinery and Vermeer Manufacturing. Screening equipment from Orbit, Wildcat, Construction Equipment Company, Neuenhauser, Powerscreen & McCloskey International. Mixing Equipment from ROTO-MIX, Supreme International & Kuhn Knight. Turning equipment from Midwest Biosystems, Backhus and Vermeer. Compost application and spreading equipment from ROTO-MIX. Mulch coloring equipment and bagging equipment from Rotochopper. Wood Shears and other attachments by Vail Products. Air Separation equipment by Komptech. Compost and soil blending equipment by Dakota Blenders. Erosion control products and compost application equipment by Filtrexx.

Following the equipment demonstrations, conference attendees will tour the rarely seen facilities at Disney World including the Reedy Creek Improvement District Aerated Static Pile Composting facility which includes 8 acres under roof and processes biosolids, yard trimmings and animal manures from the Animal Kingdom; the wastewater treatment plant which processes, treats, and recirculates all of the water throughout the Magic Kingdom and Epcot; and the Food Waste Composting Facility which features an In-Vessel composting system for processing the food residuals from the restaurants and cafeterias throughout Disney World. This is sure to be an exciting day for all conference attendees.
