States in 26 years -- if the country agrees to suspend uranium enrichment work,
which can make both reactor fuel and weapons
"If their aim is not to politicize the issue and if
they take our demands into consideration, we can reach a reasonable agreement.
We will examine this proposal and give our reply after the end of the defined
period."
