"In case no permit is issued for the import of petrol, petrol will definitely have to be rationed in the second half of the current [Iranian] year [after September]."

A broker said, Tuesday, as IPE Brent crude futures drifted lower in London as the first tropical storm of the new hurricane season, Alberto, looked unlikely to hit any US Gulf Coast oil or gas facilities.

 
"Maybe if the hurricane season is mild, although reports say otherwise, markets could get really soft because the market will be flushed with oil."
A market analyst said Tuesday, as a glut of fresh fundamental news is having a bearish effect on the crude futures markets.
