Denver, Colorado [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Recent Colorado legislation signed by Gov. Owens (HB-1322) that provides funding for a new Colorado renewable energy research collaboration was welcomed by leaders of the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), the Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State University and the University of Colorado.
