In the era of global energy shortage and soaring oil prices, and under the condition of severe environmental pollution brought by consumption of petrochemical energy, and increasing pressure for sustainable development, seeking for new energy as a substitute of petrochemical fuel has become an issue of great concern by our present world.

With the constant fast development of the Chinese economy and strong increase of energy demand, changing the energy production and consumption mode and deploying clean energy with little or even no environmental hazard is an integral part of China’s sustainable development strategy. The Chinese clean energy industry will see a quite wide prospect.

Exhibition Objective:

1.         Help centralized publicity of brands and products of hydrogen and fuel cell enterprises;

Strong Promotion, Worldwide Attraction, and Guaranteed Show Effect

The Organizer will make full use of a variety of promotion activities and wide publicity channels to promote the Expo, so as to ensure the Expo targets at direct buyers. Promotion activities include:

1.         Promotion materials, invitations and admission tickets will be mailed to membership units and relevant professionals through the channels of Hydrogen Energy Professional Committee of China Renewable Energy Society, New Energy Chamber of Commerce, UN-related units, foreign embassies in China as well as associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations at home and abroad.

2.         Promotion materials and invitations will be mailed to foreign investors and traders, etc. by use of the huge customers database established by Organizer.

3.  Before the Expo, press releases will be held in Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Chengdu and other major cities in China.

4.       Exquisite Expo Previews introducing the details of exhibitors which will be distributed free of charge to foreign institutions in China, chambers of commerce and associations.

5.  Leaders of the State and administrative departments and commissions, executives of industry and commerce associations worldwide will be invited to attend the opening ceremony.

6.       Expo promotion materials and invitation letters will be distributed via email, fax and direct mail to target buyers, importers, investors, developers, etc. at home and abroad.

Business Pairing

In order to strengthen the actual exhibit effect, to enable exhibitors to meet more target customers, and to conduct effective contacts during the Expo, the Secretariat will organize business pairing activities for exhibitors and build pairing platform for broad businessmen. We hope exhibitors and visitors will make full use of this platform.

Exhibitors may submit, if necessary, business pairing service application forms to Secretariat, so as to let the Organizer arrange corresponding pairing enterprises for you and appoint the time for business talks (the deadline for application: May 31, 2007).

Each technical seminar or product promotion conference is limited within 2 hours and charged RMB10,000.00 yuan. Please send the synopsis of seminar or conference contents to the Organizer in advance.

Procedures:

1. Registration: Those enterprises or individuals who intend to participate in the exhibition should fill out the Application Form and sign the Contract (See Appendix 1). The contents filled into the Application Form will be published in the Show Catalogue, so a typewritten copy or clear handwritten script in Chinese and English should be provided. In the meanwhile, the duplicated copy of business license (If the above-mentioned certificates are made false, the participation qualification shall be cancelled.) and booth choice (enclosed with the Floor Plan) should be submitted by mail or fax to the Organizer’s Office. Foreign holding enterprises with the foreign-funded capital exceeding 50% of total investment must exhibit in the International Show Area.

2.  Please make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the Organizer within one week after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled before May 31, 2007. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of “first-come-first-served” in terms of application and payment.

3.  Upon payment of all the fees, exhibitors are required to fax the slip of the bank transfer to the Organizer.

4.  After receiving the booth rental, the Organizer will send a copy of Exhibitor’s Manual to the exhibitor one month before the opening of the exhibition.
