"There will indeed be a meeting on April 25...the talks will be neither in Brussels nor in Tehran". EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana will hold new talks on April 25 with Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani at as an undetermined location, Solana's spokeswoman confirmed Friday. "People are talking about the elections in Nigeria. The problem is we may not even know on Monday who's in power so it may all be a bit of an overreaction...Otherwise the market is just drifting, 50 cent to $1/barrel moves have become less and less relevant. Traders are also sometimes baffled by the strange behavior of the market which sometimes ignores fundamentals but other times moves massively when there's a rumor of a tiny refinery in the US going offline."
