"Dolly is likely to reach hurricane status later today but at present will track well away from Mexico's Oil and Gas production facilities. Local weather is calm with warm water so there is nothing to suggest that she will change direction, landfall should be near Brownsville, Texas sometime tomorrow morning. Her wind speed is currently 63 mph but should continue to grow to 85 mph before landfall. More storms are not far behind.... I see another depression heading towards Caribbean but to early to predict future direction."
