to 12/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. No flares were observed in
the last 24 hours. Region 998 (S09E25) was quiet and stable.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 11/2100Z to 12/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
