Clean Energy to convert AT&T vans to run on
natural gas

A subsidiary of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. will convert another 463
vans to run on compressed natural gas for AT&T.
Subsidiary BAF Technologies Inc. said the work will be fulfilled during
the second quarter of 2010 and follows a previous order for 463 vehicles
that will be delivered to AT&T during the first quarter. And there is
the possibility of another order to convert 463 more vehicles during the
third quarter, Clean Energy said.
AT&T expects to convert a total of 1,850 vans next year through BAF.
Thatīs in addition to 600 van conversions in 2009, Seal Beach,
Calif.-based Clean Energy said.
"The new orders demonstrate AT&Tīs determination to significantly alter
its fleet to alternative-fuel vehicles," said Andrew J. Littlefair,
Clean Energy president and CEO.
