Controversy over H1N1 vaccine grows

Whether someone thinks they need the flu vaccine or not, some health experts are saying they need to know some important information before deciding.

One of the most important things to know is that if there are any complications, injuries or fatalities from taking the vaccine, they are on their own.
There is no legal recourse for adverse affects from the vaccine. Vaccine makers, federal officials and anyone giving the shot will be immune from lawsuits, according to Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius.
The reasoning for this probably stems for the 1976 swine flu debacle that forced the government to pay out over $400 million in compensation claims. A soldier at Fort Dix died in a training exercise, and a mild virus, later identified as swine flu, was found in his body, though never proven to be the cause of death.
The government quickly ordered a vaccine that was ready in a few months and over 40 million people were vaccinated in 10 weeks. The program stopped due to 25 deaths from the vaccine and almost 600 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a paralyzing nerve disorder that can be caused by vaccines.
Over 4,000 people claimed damages from the vaccine. No one died from the "swine flu" and the illness faded from sight.
Hugh Pennington, an emeritus professor of virology at Britain's University of Berdeen, said, "I think 1976 provides an example of how not to handle a flu outbreak. Today's health officials still make decisions in a 'cloud of uncertainty.'"
Recently, a letter sent by the Health Protection Agency of Britain to 600 neurologists alerted to an increase in Guillain-Barre. An article published by The Oregonian states, "The U.S. CDC (Centers for Disease and Prevention) and the American Academy of Neurology have asked all neurologists to report new cases of Guillain-Barre in people who get vaccines this fall and winter to the Food and Drug Administration's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System."
Reuters reports that public health officials "expect an avalanche of so-called adverse event reports, which are reports of death, illness or other health trauma that occur within two weeks after receiving vaccination." The indications are that authorities are expecting problems.
Another important piece of information is the fact that the vaccine will contain mercury, which some call the second most deadly substance on the planet. According to the CDC, the majority of flu vaccines will contain thimerosal. Some will contain as much as 25 mcg of mercury per dose, 250 times the Environmental Protection Agency's safety limit.
The CDC states that thimerosal is a preservative used to help prevent contamination of the vaccine and contains 49 percent ethyl mercury.
In Washington State, Secretary of Health Mary Selecky is temporarily suspending the limit on the amount of mercury allowed in the H1N1 vaccine. The six-month suspension is effective through March 23, 2010, and applies only to the H1N1 vaccine. As a precaution, Washington state law limits the amount of mercury that can be in vaccines. An insert in Flulaval for this year's vaccines states, "Flulaval is an influenza virus vaccine indicated for active immunization of adults 18 years of age and older against influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. This indication is based on immune response elicited by Flulaval, and there have been no controlled trials demonstrating a decrease in influenza disease after vaccination with Flulaval."
Massachusetts just passed a bill in both the House and Senate, which the governor says he will sign, that makes it mandatory for all residents to get the swine flu vaccine. A $1,000 a day fine and 30 days in jail is the punishment for refusing. The bill also allows the state to enforce involuntary confinements and quarantines for those who refuse.
At a recent International Swine Flu conference held in Washington, D.C., the agenda included workshops on mass fatality planning, surveillance and data management, breakdown of public services and utilities, unwillingness to follow government orders, control and diffuse social unrest and public disorder, effectively undertake mass vaccinations, enforce quarantines, anticipation of interruptions in food, fuel and essentials, apprehension, examination and release.
A quote from the agenda states that the goal of the conference is to "focus on latest prevention, preparedness, response and recovery measures being developed to address the deadly human-to-human transmission of swine flu."
The drug companies have a less-than-stellar rating for some of their products and countless drugs have been recalled because of deaths and complications.
Health experts agree that everyone should become as educated as possible on this subject before subjecting themselves or their children to a vaccine that many say could be worse than the flu.

Outstanding article Ms. Warnick, thank you for presenting the truth about these deadly vaccines that the government seems hell bent on sticking into our arms. If anyone cares to do some research on this topic they will find out that the manufactured swine flu itself is far less dangerous than the mercury poisoned vaccine that is supposed to "protect" you from it.

In addition, if you google Baxter Pharmaceutical you will find a plethora of articles on how this particular vaccine manufacturer deliberately, yes that's right, deliberately tainted many of their vaccine batches additionally with the avian flu virus and then distributed these deadly vaccines to the Czech Republic for a massive public vaccination program.

My next door neighbor is a well known Doctor in the area and he is in complete agreement that the swine flu, or any other flu vaccine for that matter, is not only poisonous and harmful, but also potentially fatal . He NEVER takes flu vaccinations and neither do I or any of my family and we are all alot healthier than those who line up every year to get their annual ration of mercury and poison. A final note , HHS Director Kathleen Sebelius is an idiot and a minion of the New World Order cabal who is striving towards population reduction through the deliberate breaking down of our immune systems that will result from the poison vaccines they want to scare you into taking.
These vaccines contain mercury, aluminum, squaline and other heavy metals and toxins, they are Bio-Weapons meant to be used against you. The fact that all of these vaccine manufacturers and governmental agencies have been awarded full immunity from any and all potential accountability and legal action as a result of this attempted campaign of mass poisoning should be a wake up call in and of itself.
