EDF Expresses Deep Disappointment At Legislature's Inability To Pass Water Policy Reforms

But Group Cites Proposed Policy Reforms as Bar for Future Legislation

San Francisco, /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Environmental Defense Fund is disappointed that the California legislature was unable to reach agreement on the proposed water policy legislation. While there was room for improvement, this package of policy bills represented a very important step forward toward resolution of the deep crisis affecting the Bay-Delta system.
