Western Wind Energy wins approval for turbine
locations in Arizona

Canada-based Western Wind Energy has received approval from the Federal
Aviation Administration for 15 turbine locations at 399ft per turbine
for Steel Park Wind Energy - Solar Energy project near Kingman, Arizona.
Western Wind is in the process of finalizing a turbine supplier,
engineering procurement construction contractor and solar panel
provider. Western Wind plans to utilize very advanced copper indium
gallium selenium solar technology.
Steel Park is a fully zoned and approved project by the Mohave County
Government and is owned fee simple by Western Wind without debt. Power
will reportedly be sold under a fully executed power purchase agreement
with Unisource Energy Services.
