of vendors in the market is definitely increasing as well as
the number of readers to this site. In discussions with
folks around the country interest in rainwater harvesting is
growing in these uncertain times. Whether it is
increasing water prices,
new regulations,
new building codes or a renewed desire to conserve a
precious resource it all amounts to the same thing - growth
in the rainwater harvesting market.
The United States is not
alone in experiencing growth in this segment. A recently
released
UK study found the market there grew by 850% over the
last 5 years and this is without mandates. New building
codes, rebate programs and
legislation are all helping drive the market in the US
and around the world.
As the market continues to
grow new and innovative products are also introduced.
Several

National Rainwater Convention in Austin, TX.
