By David Alliot Bracing for what the IRS calls the largest set of tax law
changes in 20 years, a newly released IRS budget reports that
the agency is seeking to bolster its resources in preparation
for Obamacare implementation to the tune of 1,054 new auditors
and staff — at a cost of $359 million to taxpayers. Another 81 members will be assigned to handle the tax reporting of tanning salons, which face a new 10 percent tax on tanning services. Arizona Sen. John McCain famously slammed President Barack Obama over the tanning-bed tax after Snooki from “Jersey Shore” said in an interview that she would no longer use tanning beds due to the tax. In a Twitter post McCain wrote, “u r right, I would never tax your tanning bed! Pres Obama’s tax/spend policy is quite the Situation.” © Newsmax. All rights reserved. |
