The U.S Energy Information Association (EIA) recently pubilshed a series of energy-use articles, which look back on past U.S. energy use and project the future of the industry. Major trends are a growth in renewable sources, a boost in natural gas production and a general falling off of oil and coal as an energy source. Above all, it's clear that the world is using more energy than ever, and it's going to have to come from somewhere.
