As the grim reality of Obamacare starts to set in, more and more
people are realizing they are going to have to take charge of their own
health care. You simply cannot rely on the government or your insurance
company to do right by you. In fact, if you missed
yesterday's Off The Grid Radio show, you'll definitely
want to give it a listen. Bill Heid spoke with Steve and Annette
Economides, "America's Cheapest Family," for a full hour about how to
take charge of your own health care and save big on medical costs. The
radio broadcast is packed with great ideas ... but there's one big idea
we didn't touch on. And since it could be vital to your
health, I wanted to be sure to bring it to your attention here.
But first, let's look at just how ridiculous the whole premise of
"universal health care" really is.
Whether you're a fan of Donald Trump or not, you have to admit, he
nailed it awhile back when he said:
We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced
to purchase and fined if we don't, which purportedly covers at least
ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but
provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose
chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress who
didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a
President who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief
who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years
before any benefits take effect, by a government who has already
bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a
Surgeon General who is obese, and financed by a country that is
broke! What the hell could possibly go wrong?
Take, for example, Section 1311(h). Section 1311(h) empowers a single
bureaucrat with no medical training - the Secretary of Health
and Human Services - to "standardize" the services your doctors can and
cannot offer you. The real goal of this stealth clause? To reduce health
care consumption, period.
This means that even if you're covered by a private insurer,
and even if the treatment your doctor is proposing is perfectly
legal, the government can still tell your doctor he's not
allowed to give you that particular treatment. And if your doctor
decides to do so anyway, the government can shut down the practice
entirely.
Why Section 1311(h) Is A Moot Point: The
Doctor Is Out
As aggravating as that is, Section 1311(h) is practically a moot
point. Why? Because the new health care reforms are so unpopular among
doctors that 40% of U.S. physicians are considering quitting as
the law phases in more fully over the next year.
That's 141,163 fewer doctors available to treat ten million
more patients. Even without considering healthcare reform, the
U.S. is already experiencing a dire shortage of primary care doctors.
Who can stand in the gap? California is considering letting nurse
practitioners pick up the slack and do things only doctors are now
legally permitted to do ... but they've overlooked one important fact.
There's already a nursing shortage, and by 2015, one in every five
nursing positions will go unfilled.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a sham, and your
health ... perhaps even your life ... could be sacrificed on the altar
of Obama's empty promises.

Discover What Thousands of Other Americans
Have Learned
About Getting Affordable, Five-Star Health Care ...
By "Opting Out" Of The System Entirely!
Laser eye surgery in the U.S. costs an average of $4,400. But smart
Americans know where they can get state-of-the-art eye surgery for just
$350. Dental bridges are a high ticket item, and many insurance
policies don't cover dental work. Instead of paying up to $4,000 for a
dental bridge, how would you like to pay just $250? If you know where to
look, you can save $38,000 on a hip replacement ... save $33,000 on a
pacemaker implant ... save $10,500 for fertility treatments ... and
more. And no long lines, either.
These are the savings that others have found when they opt out of
U.S. healthcare. How do they do it?
All it takes is a plane ticket ... and this
essential book!
Medical tourism used to be only for the mavericks among us, or the
very rich. Now, more hardworking, middle class Americans than ever
before are flocking to 5-star hospitals and treatment centers all around

better care than they can here.

Ahmedabad, India. This world-renowned hospital on a park-like campus
performs thousands of cardiac surgeries every year. You're taken care of
from the moment you step off the plane, until you're on your way home.
Or how about Belize? If you want LASIK eye surgery but not the high

away, it's the only English-speaking country in Latin America. It's one
of the best-kept secrets in the medical world, and LASIK eye surgery is
a fraction of the cost there.
Need major dental work? Try Belize, Mexico, or even Dubai.
Orthopedics? Pack the sunscreen and head for Panama or Costa Rica. Need
cardiac care? You can head south to Panama or Belize, but if you want a
more exotic destination, consider India, Thailand, the Philippines,
Europe, or Malaysia.
No matter what kind of treatment you are seeking--fertility treatment
... cosmetic surgery ... gastrointestinal surgery ... cancer or diabetes
treatment ... or just about anything else--there's a five-star treatment
center that's far more cost effective than anything you'll find in the
U.S.
