General Electric Co. is hosting a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new GE Fuel Cells facility in Malta at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. The new venture will be located at the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park, a state-owned business park off Route 9 that sits next to the Luther Forest Technology Campus where GlobalFoundries is located. -- Larry Rulison
