We must curb spending and preserve state
sovereignty or we become slaves to this astronomical debt.

case the government oversteps its boundaries? It's found in Article V,
and it allows a nationwide “Convention of States” during which state
legislatures can amend the Constitution without the approval of Congress
or the President.
