BlackLight Power Inc. (BLP),  an innovation company that focuses on energy sources, has produced millions of watts of power with its Solid Fuel-Catalyst-Induced-Hydrino-Transition (SF-CIHT) patent pending technology.

The technology uses water-based fuel and applies a current of 12,000 amps, igniting flashes of power. In a press release, BlackLight Power states that the power source can output as much power as a central power generation plant, exceeding the power of the four former reactors of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.

The technology converts the hydrogen of the H2O-based solid fuel into a lower-energy state hydrogen called “Hydrino”. BlackLight Power noted that the end result of power is in the form of plasma, which can be converted directly to electricity using magnetohydrodynamic converters.

The technology can be used for thermal applications, stationary electrical power, and the existing infrastructure.

The projected cost is between $10 and $100/kW compared to more than one hundred times that for conventional power sources of electricity.
