Will be focusing on getting the manufacturing facility going.
Once inventory is established, then distributor sign-up phase can begin,

We recently reported:
-
GDS Technologies accepting distributorship proposals
- They've pushed back their product launch date to some time in
January, with a production rate of 50,000/month of the 5 kW units
expected to be achieved by mid-March. They're going with
Intellectual Passport for their IP protection. (Free Energy Blog;

Meanwhile, GDS, overwhelmed with all the inquiries they are
receiving, has decided to back off.
Now their home page says: "We are not accepting any orders until mid
March 2015", followed by pretty much the same info as they had a few
days ago: the video, description of product attributes.
Greg doesn't want himself or his staff to be preoccupied with so many
email and phone calls. He wants himself and them to be focused on
getting the manufacturing facility going, which they are a few days from
closing a deal, to then begin build-out. Once they have product
inventory established, then he can bring in the distributors to see and
sign up. "No money changes hands until they see a system running."
Also, rather than try to start global, with all their varying electrical
output needs (50 vs. 60 Hz, different voltages and plug receptacles), he
wants to focus for now just on the North American market then expand
from there.
He has four different kinds of engineers working, and is confident that
they have what it takes to handle the tasks at hand.
