Quickly becoming the "chant" heard around the world, Greg Grey Cloud, along with other protesters, was arrested on Tuesday for starting a Native American song in the gallery following the Senate’s 59-41 vote that fell short on approving the Keystone XL Pipeline.

The Senate needed 60 votes for approval of the TransCanada pipeline that would cross the country in route to the Texas ports for export.

As Sen. Elizabeth Warren read off the voting outcome, and announced the pipeline did not pass, Grey Cloud began his song. (here)

Warren quickly tried to restore order having the Sergeant at Arms remove Grey Cloud. Following the Native song, came chants calling out the Senate Democrats by four demonstrators who were also lead away in cuffs according to msnbc.com.

The Senate outcome is a small win for those fighting again the pipeline postponing the larger battle for the Republican-controlled Congress next year that is expected to approve the pipeline msnbc.com stated.
