Infamous Catch-and-Release Policy Brought Back.

Illegal Aliens "Claiming" to Reside in U.S. Since 2014 Now Released Even After Caught.

When immigration officers encounter an illegal alien, they're supposed to detain that alien. It's the law. But President Obama has ordered them not to, as Congress was told by Brandon Judd, the president of the National Border Patrol Council.

In effect, President Obama is ordering the Border Patrol to break the law. Under his policy, all the illegal alien has to do is claim they've been present in the United States continuously since the start of 2014, and the Border Patrol has to release them.

We can't wait for Obama to leave office. LITERALLY, we cannot wait till then. Obama has another year to dismantle borders and stop enforcement. Another year to increase unneeded worker visas.

The American people can't wait another year. President Obama isn't going to wait to crank out millions of work permits to illegal aliens if, dreadful thought, the Supreme Court rules in his favor on executive amnesties.

Congress must not delay forcing the president to rescind his executive amnesties.

Congress must not delay ending the the catch-and-release policy at the border.

Congress must not delay requiring the implementation of a biometric entry/exit tracking system at all ports of entry for foreigners visiting the U.S.

Congress must not delay blocking funding for "Sanctuary Cities" that fail to cooperate with law enforcement.

And read this -- a Senate report found that around 500,000 illegal aliens already received up to $750 million in Obamacare subsidies as of June 2015 despite the law specifically excluding them from the subsidies.

Congress must not delay in stopping these illegal subsidies.

And Congress CAN do these things this year.

Congress still has the power of the purse, and there's still one more opportunity to defund Obama's unconstitutional actions.

Congress just needs a little motivation. A lot of their big donors LIKE flooding the job market with millions of illegal aliens... and leaving it to you, the American taxpayers, to pay for their education, housing, food, medical care.

They've gotten away for years promising to do something if you'd only wait until after the next election.

Well, Congress is already feeling extra motivation. The entire U.S. House of Representatives has to face the voters this fall, and many House leaders face vigorous primary challenges. A big issue in the districts is, of course, IMMIGRATION. This is a great time for us to motivate Congress to act.
