Water tap filters out chemicals, chlorine

Shanghai Weway International Trading Co. Ltd’s model W5731 water purifier tap adopts food-grade ABS with 5µm PP cotton inside which gets rid of impurities, chemical poison and residual chlorine fast. The tap is made of forged high brass chrome.

The filtration element is 175mm long with outer and inner diameters of 51 and 13mm, respectively. It uses odorless and colorless PP as the raw material, wrapped by PP cotton that is uniform in pore size, dense inside and sparse outside. It is acid- and alkali-resistant.

The angle valve comes in DN: 1/2in and 3/4in specifications, and can be easily installed on a set of universal fittings and any kind of kitchen or bathroom faucet. Inflow water pressure of the filter is 0.1 to 0.8MPa and the output flow rate is not slower than 3L/min (0.2MPa). The water inflow temperature for optimal operation ranges from 4 to 38 C.

Shanghai Weway has its own testing center and laboratory that are equipped with spectrum analyzers imported from Germany, layer thickness meters, push gauges, and salt spray test and other machines.
