Hope you had an awesome weekend. We have our latest and greatest content below but I have a little challenge for you today that I started doing a while back.

Throughout the day today, take 1 minute and just breathe. Close your eyes, stop what you are doing and just breathe. Focus on your body, the feeling of your breath; what your clothes feel like on your body or what it feels like to stand or sit where you are. 

This will bring you back to the moment, to mindfulness. This is important for stress relief and also just to connect to YOU and your inspired life.

Try it out today. Do it 5 times and spread it out throughout the day. 1 minute each time.
