Study Shows How Heart Coherence (Inner Peace) Changes The Order of Crystallization Patterns in Dried Saliva (Water)

“This study showed conclusively that heart coherence could affect saliva and increase crystal structure and order. We know from 20 years of research at HeartMath that heart coherence has many positive health benefits, including helping to reduce stress and improve cognitive function.” – HeartMath Institute The “power of positivity” is no joke. Studies are emerging every single year in multiple fields of science, and have been for decades. The science of consciousness, also known as “non-material science” is now more popular than ever. Despite all of the empirical evidence that’s emerged, in the form of an UN-countable amount of reviewed studies, professionals in the field, although well aware, are still reluctant to discuss this type of thing openly. But not all of them. I recently conducted an interview with Dr. Mario Beauregard, a neuroscientist currently affiliated with the University of Arizona. He is one of approximately 100 scientists from within academia bringing light to this issue. He, along with Gary E. Schwartz, PhD (University of Arizona), and Lisa Miller, PhD (Columbia University), in collaboration with Larry Dossey, MD, Alexander Moreira-Almeida, MD, PhD, Marilyn Schlitz, PhD, Rupert Sheldrake, PhD, and Charles Tart, PhD developed The Manifesto for Post Materialist Science. The Summary Report of the International Summit on Post-Materialist Science, Spirituality and Society can be downloaded here: International Summit on Post-Materialist Science: Summary Report (PDF). That interview will be posted in our Explorer’s Lounge. When it comes to quantum physics, I love pointing people to this quote: “A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.” (“The Mental Universe”; Nature 436:29, 2005) The Participants & What They DidEach participant provided a small amount of saliva into glass test tubes, and after doing so, they focused on feelings of appreciation and compassion, while “radiating these feelings into the planetary field environment.” Now, keep in mind, this isn’t the first time that human intention, or factors associated with consciousness and how they can alter affect physical material reality in a measurable way, has been studied. The famous “double-slit” experiment is a great example, and has been used numerous times to demonstrate this. (For a selected list of downloadable peer-reviewed journal articles reporting studies of psychic phenomena, mostly published in the 21st century, you can click HERE.) Several drops of saliva from each participant were applied on a microscope slide with a syringe, and then allowed to air-dry on their own. A Zeiss Universal transmitted-light microscope with a 10-fold magnification objective was used to view the saliva drops and a camera (model No. G41-140/Ie) was used to photograph the dried saliva samples. After donating the the sample of saliva where distant intentions were applied, the 20 participants in another intention setting, heart coherence practice, together as a group. “All participants shared the same room for their coherence practice. After the Heart Lock-in, saliva samples were taken again, air-dried on a Heart Coherence Increases Order of Crystallization Patterns in Dried Saliva Study 5 microscope slide and photographed” To view the full results, you can refer to the full study HERE. Below are a few examples from the study, but there are multiples within the study.
Other Fascinating Results Seen From Water Structure & The Effect of Human Emotions & Intentions
“Water is the universal medium for all biological
activity. Nearly two thirds of the human body and one half, by
volume, of each of our organs consist of water. This amounts to
approximately 10 gallons of water, largely enclosed within
trillions of cells. Increasing evidence indicates that the water
within living cells is highly structured, arranged in various
intermolecular conformations held together by extensive hydrogen
bonding networks, giving it quite different properties and
behaviour from bulk water. It appears, further, that the
structuring of cellular water is critical to the healthy
chemical functioning of the cell.” (source)
One of the most notable researchers in this area was the late Maru Emoto, who froze water and examined the resulting ice crystals after distant intention was applied to it. His work has led to both acclaim and controversy. Dean Radin, the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, along with Masaru Emoto, Takashige Kizu, and Nancy Lund, designed an experiment that tested this hypothesis. This work was featured in the popular documentary, What The Bleep Do We Know. As the study’s description reads:

Professor Bernd Kroplin, from the University of Stuttgart in
Germany is another one, out of many who has done work with
water. In his book,
The World in a Drop, he explains how he dried several
different fluids, from blood to urine, to saliva and just plain
water, and studies the resulting crystallization patterns.
His results showed that both water as well as biological fluids
were affected by the saliva applied by the person to a
microscope slide. In his book, he explains that when different
people applied the same solution, it resulted in difference,
albeit slight, in the appearance of the dried drop. What’s
interesting is that when the same person applied the same
solution on different days, daily fluctuation in the appearance
of the dried drop could be observed, but only when the person
was not “centered.” Furthermore, this “misalignment” as he calls
it in his book, could be corrected by the experimenter centering
themselves again.
Interesting stuff, isn’t it? It just goes to show that great
change can come from within. By practicing mindfulness, and
cultivating more peace and joy into our lives, we can help
change the world by changing our own emotional state. It’s a
great lesson that has so many applications in one’s life, and
encourages one to observe themselves, be aware of how they react
to information, to control their emotions or “triggers” that may
result in an incoherent heart state.
It doesn’t mean don’t feel these emotions, it simply means to
recognize them when they happen and take the necessary steps to
transform them, and use them as stepping stones for personal
growth and development.

It’s more potential proof that a person, and their thoughts,
feelings and emotional state, can influence physical matter.
Among many other proofs.
