Reduced 2005 SRP Water Allocation Rescinded
Wetter-than-normal Fall, Winter Improve Reservoir Storage Conditions
SRP water managers have revised their runoff season forecast to 1.5 million acre-feet.
That compares to last year’s total January-through-May runoff of 275,000 acre-feet and the record
low runoff total of 106,000 acre-feet in 2002. The record high runoff season for the SRP system was
4.2 million acre-feet in 1993.
